Close to downtown, just west of the Spokane Veteran's Arena and east of REI.  South of Boone Avenue.

Entrance located at 1105 N. Lincoln Street in Vida Spa.

If heading North from downtown on Monroe, take a right after the YMCA on Boone then right on Lincoln Street - you will see a big sign. Easy, free parking clearly marked for VIDA.    

The therapist will meet you a few minutes before your scheduled appointment in the Lobby Two waiting area and bring you back to the treatment area.
